It's an inexcusable problem. It extends back for years, not just this year. We simply - must - suck the opening quarter of most games. One play into the game, down 7. Three minutes into the game, down 10 or 14. I was saying the same thing to my girlfriend during the game this week.. Why don't we kick at the opening, or just let the ball bounce? It'd be better than recent history. The consistency of it is the killer. That's a coaching problem. |

I kind of see the loss as the whole team isn't very good.

This team will not get to the Superbowl with AB at the quaterback period. We won't get back to the playoffs with him unless it's by default having an 8-8 season. His passes are too hard, too low, not hitting the receivers in stride. Having catch up stats didn't impress me last year and so far it doesn't this year. AB had one of his fluke games already against Carolina. He's due one more.

It's no wonder...the coaching sucks. Why is this such a surprise all of a sudden. Thats why you blow it up and just start over. Offense, defense the whole shabang.
And yes that includes dumping Brooks. |

Also would like to see Smith or stecker carry the ball more as well. Duece is okay through the tackles but we need to mix it up with some outside sweeps. That can be blamed on playcalling.

Well the fact of the matter is this....we need to get rid of the coach because that is the only way that we will draft a LB in the first round, get an impact CB and DT in free agency, teach our o line to block and get rid of AB. However getting rid of Has would mean that we would be rebuilding. Gotta start it sometime. We gave him 5 years and he's yielded no results. You have to cut your losses somewhere. This problem is much bigger than a few players.
