I heard both Davenport and Turner did not practice due to, wait for it…..injury issues.

Davenport is recovering from an off-season shoulder surgery and a procedure on his finger. These are issues from LAST season being addressed just like all of the other players didn't practice. Recovery, not injury issues.

Both the shoulder and finger issues are related to previous injuries…one dating back to his college days. If the injuries had not happened then he wouldn’t need to be rehabbing from surgeries. It’s not like he had his appendix out unexpectedly. Spin it how you like.
