Like him or not, you gotta admit he's doing his best to be the leader the team needs.

Being a leader is not always easy. In fact it is seldom easy. I think he has the leadership qualities necessary to be a good leader. But maybe he should cut down on the length of his speech so that the players can stay focused.

Does that make him better than Aaron Rodgers?

Yea.. No. I have been around leadership in many different environments in my life. That is not leadership, that is Winston trying to inspire.

I am not saying Winston doesn't have leadership in him, I am saying that isn't it. Leadership is not words, it is behavior patterns; that's some hollow Tony Robins BS.

Well, consider this gambler…since in NO he has 14 TDs to 3 Ints. He sat quietly behind Drew and learned. He did not complain when he was stuck in a silly (IMO) battle with Hill as the QB. After (again) not having a full training camp he had the team 4-2 (i believe) and was ahead of Tampa when he got hurt. Now he’s working his butt off trying to get back from a bad injury caused by an illegal play.

To me that seams like more of a leader than a guy like Rodgers or Watson or a few other guys playing in the league. Only time will tell though.

I've been impressed with the different way that rugby coaches motivate by just being straightforward and matter of fact.
