CGJ is a competitor and if he lost playing time due to it he would cut it out. We are the only team that freaked out. Next we will trade Penning for a 5th. He already got in a camp fight so all he has to do is ask for a raise and be pissy for a bit in offseason like players on every team do and we will freak and bail.
Have to disagree. The difference is that other hold-ins (Deebo for example) were not disruptive. We've seen three years of Ceedy being an irritant. It's baked into his personality. It just wasn't going to be possible for him to sit down, be chill, be professional, and find a way to work it out. It would be less a Jalen Ramsey situation (oh my back) in Jacksonville, and more a Keyshawn Johnson situation in Tampa (go home, stay away from the facility, we don't want you).

Is that type of headache really worth a minor upgrade in compensation?

Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good.
