Had a hurricane at Patty O’s And some beignets at café Dumonde. But a couple Saints Harts and shirts. So, took care of the touristy stuff.

If you want to try really delicious breakfast go to the Fleur-De-Lis restaurant in the French Quarter. We do breakfast there almost every time we're in town.

Before every home game we've started going to Daisy Mae's just few blocks up from the Dome on Poydras. The food is good (the alligator, but the bottomless Bloody Mary's are a great pregame warmup. Order a free refill to go just before heading up the street to Champions Square.

Re: Boston comes to Metairie

I can’t believe how much I ate at the wedding reception. They had servers walking around offering hot appetizers of..
Crawfish pie
Crab Balls
Crab Puffs
fried shrimp
fried fish
fried chicken
shrimp and grits
stuffed mushrooms
mini quiche
and the best pigs n blankets I've ever had. I had to turn down food because my hands were full of other foods.

That was before the buffet was opened up.

That sounds awesome! The really big question though is....was it open bar? I hope you had a great trip and brought home a ton of souvenirs and Saints memorabilia.
