Yup! That's exactly what I'm talking about, Smash. Someone told me here that there's no difference in spending two 1st's on a player and two 1st's on a coach. I'd much rather use those picks on players than a coach any day. Wouldn't you?

Yup. They won that with Coach Dungy's players. Three of the next four years under Gruden they had a losing record winning only four and five games in two of those years. I'm sure you remember that stretch, right? Had they not moved on from Dungy and thrown away two 1st rounders AND two 2nd rounders they might have won multiple Super Bowls during that stretch.
