Saints gains and loses
Yeah WhoDat, ya know....when I see something oozing the sheer brilliance that you\'ve inscribed on this virtual papyrus paper I have no choice but to use it as my tagline. Dude...c\'mere...I owe you a hug or something for letting me use it free of charge right?
You mean no one on the D owns a car? You guys think I\'m kidding about trading picks away every year for vets. I\'m not. If a team based their entire philosophy, cap, planning, trading players, cuting players, et al around trading their picks for vets year in and year out, I think it\'s a succesfully workable idea. Sure, you wouldn\'t be able to trade all of your picks away every year so you end up drafting 1-2-3 guys in the mid or late rounds. Plus the FA\'s you sign...low, mid, and high talented make up your roster. You think I\'m nuts don\'t you? I\'ll stick to my previous post...I do understand what you\'re saying. To a degree, I do agree with you. I think we could\'ve done more to improve the team in FA so far too. But, we didn\'t. So we move on. The draft\'s around the corner. The off-season is still just that.....the off-season. It\'s not over. They\'ve got their plan and I think it\'s a good one. Perfect? No. Good? Yes. You summed it up...the difference is that you\'re not optimistic. I am. |
Dean Vernon Wormer: Mr. Hoover, president of Delta house? One point six; four C's and an F. A fine example you set! Daniel Simpson Day... HAS no grade point average. All courses incomplete. Mr. Blu - MR. BLUTARSKY... ZERO POINT ZERO.
John 'Bluto' Blutarsky: Christ. Seven years of college down the drain. Might as well join the f@$%ing Peace Corps. |
