I've never stated that and you know it.

Wait. If the Saints don't have the final say in the decision on where Payton goes what leverage do they have to pit the two teams against each other? Payton doesn't give a crap what the Saints get in compensation. In fact, the more they get the less he has as assets with his new team.

hmmm circular reasoning. I may need to consult ChatGPT to keep up with your "logic"

Not my logic. Not at all. I was attempting to understand yours. I'm sticking with ...

1) The Saints give permission to teams to talk to Payton if they agreed to lowest level of compensation

2) Payton and those teams then feel each other out to determine mutual interest

3) Interested teams make an offer to Payton

4) Payton decides which offer he wishes to accept or whether he wants to return to Fox instead

5) If Payton wishes to accept an offer, the acquiring team and the Saints negotiate final terms of compensation for rights to Payton

Note: I cannot see the scenario where Payton does not care which of two offers he accepts and allows the Saints and those two offering teams to enter into some sort of bid war to determine where he goes. Nor can I see the scenario of two teams willing to bid against each other for his rights if Payton cannot make up his mind where he wants to go.

My logic isn't circular at all. Very linear.

My teenage daughter is an Influencer/Content creator for Amazon and when she first used that word in conversation, I was like "what the hell is a ChatGPT?"

Dialog generation software. Pretty cool, but dangerous in that it doesn't necessarily use sufficiently supported arguments. But, then again, neither does most of its human counterparts. LOL!

Yup. It is pretty fascinating. Read the same things about it. A couple of them pointed out the unsupported facts flaw at this point that I mentioned.
