That supposed two 1st's were mentioned by others as a comparison to the Raiders/Bucs Gruden deal, which by the way, the Bucs got screwed on. :D

If you ran a franchise would you fork over your next two first rounders plus others for Payton instead of just signing some other head coach for draft compensation?
