With Peat the Pillsbury dough boys contract up next year and Ruiz will be looking for a new contract I seriously hope we draft a guard in the first three rounds to step in next year for one of them. I sincerely hope that Peat is a gone Pecan next year. Ruiz had some serious improvement last year and I'm excited to watch his continued growth this year to see if he earns a second contract in New Orleans.

I read somewhere that the rework of Peat’s contract makes it likely he will be gone after this year.

That's what they said about Thomas after the season this year. I remember seeing what you saw about Peat. It came from someone that doesn't understand Saints cap and contract management so I blew it off.

Nick said the same thing about Thomas and actually admitted he was totally wrong after his contract was reworked the second time. I believe he said something about never doubting Harley again. :D
