One thing I hope we don’t do is reach for a quarterback just because we need one. And I hope to god we don’t blow our load and trade valuable picks just to move up and draft one. Take what the draft gives you and build this team until the right qb comes along, whether it’s through FA or the draft

Nick Barnett had a pretty good career, as well. Eleven years in the league averaging close to 120 tackles in each of his eight full years.

Remember Robert Chukwudumebi Nkemdiche? "Can't-miss prospect". I recall our fellow B&G Hagin (R.I.P) advising most of us to stay clear away from Robert in the draft.

He was right :bng:.

Overhyped, under-delivered in the NFL. Hitting on 1st rounders is hard to do.

He was overrated at Ole Miss too. They kept comparing him to Suh. After he got that old, money from the people up in Oxford he mailed it in. lol.

Ranks as one of the better o linemen in the Big 12, versatile, 2 time All-American & team Captain.

Day 2,3 prospect for sure.

I'd prefer another big ugly with the first pick.
