It's song lyrics. It's not supposed to mean anything to us, but people that know the songs get the references. It's quite common on Twitter.

Yep. I’d even bring Landry back for the vet minimum if he’s with it. Run it back with an upgrade at QB and hopefully also at Guard and with two new running backs (power back and speed back).
