Yes i did.
Another thing I caought was last night when the Panthers were running their "cinco" alignment to stop GB from running. I was thinking that Smith gave us a great option here. 2 DEs, 2 DTs, and Smith standing up in a LB role when we think they are going to run the ball. I like the idea of us trying something like that with the Pack thin at WR. Effectively, you have 5 DLs on the field, but Smith can cover the middle if they pass when we're thinking run. Just a thought, but I would like to see us try something creative for a change. |

Yeah I heard that, and I was like, WOW! Then I thought, who said that? Then I yawned and had another beer.
Lemme tell you, that Rich Gannon is insightful. My sperm are better commentators than that guy. |

You're such a tool.
Give me Gannon, who can actually make comments based off the time he played, vs the normal knuckleheads I've had to endure, that can't even get a damn name right. |

Gannon was a welcome change from kenny albert/ron pitts/maas...I swear we get the Z team every week.
One thing Gannon said that was REALLY stupid was in the early 3rd qtr. He said our line was dominating and this is what happens when a team can run at will. At the time, Deuce was averaging about 2.4 yards a carry. We stuck with the run, but we were never, at any point, doing what ever we wanted to do in the run game....till the last drive. |
