This adds even more stability in the Saints and Pels remaining in New Orleans during and past the lifetime of Gayle Benson.

Not sure what Rita and the others would have done had they gotten control of the team. I tend to lean towards selling it. If she had run it I don't think it would have gone well.

Yeah. I could have see Rita and family selling it and letting it move. Thank God for Gayle and her written commitment to make sure the teams remain in New Orleans even after her death. She has committed to having the teams sold to a local new local owner with all proceeds going to New Orleans charities.

I love me some Gayle Benson. She doesn't take **** from Godhell and has New Orleans fans loving her even while missing Tom Benson.
