Honestly the absolute same here.

As you said, lazy people are lazy anywhere.

When I'm diving into tech logs to try and fix an issue, having my concentration broken by someone wandering over and asking what was on TV last night is really distracting.

We do have days where we go into the office so we don't alienate ourselves, but every member of the team I'm in, despite missing some of the on-site dynamic from time to time, admit they get way more done at home.
