Olave needs to work on that grip strength I think.

Several times last year he got the ball knocked or it came loose when going to the ground.

Some of those miscues played a role between winning and losing.
Especially when he was our go to guy. The tape doesn’t lie.
He’s already top tier, just imagine.

I believe Olave put on between 7-10 pounds this offseason in muscle weight.

From a recent article ...

A couple of things that Olave and Coach Dennis Allen mentioned after the season had ended, as far as what Olave needed some improvement on, was making contested catches and gaining some strength. Well, 13 practices into this training camp, it appears that Olave definitely worked hard in the offseason.
