this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; You have to draft the right players but you need the right coaches to develop those players. Apparently, we don't draft well in the first round. Sometimes. Yeah. But not often enough. Plus, there's that injury bug thing that follows ...

You have to draft the right players but you need the right coaches to develop those players. Apparently, we don't draft well in the first round. Sometimes. Yeah. But not often enough. Plus, there's that injury bug thing that follows us around that limits player development.
