As for Penning, this is career start #2 for him. His foot speed and lateral movements need work … coach him up ! I believe he”ll improve with film study & reps. |

Correct - the officiating sucked. I don't disagree that the Saints were both benefited and harmed by calls today. I am not saying we were screwed over (although i have seen it happen MANY times) - I'm saying the refs look bush league. I just wonder if the NFL will ever be able to lock down 1) what is a catch 2) what is pass interference 3) when a player is down or OOB Every year the rules seem to waver - adds for a lot of room for the outcome/scores of games to be manipulated. |
