As for Hurst, he hasn't look good in either games. He might be a better candidate for "benching". Not to mention Ruiz played poorly last night. The Oline (collectively), needs to improve. But in the end, I'm just a couch coach, GM and head trainer ![]() |

I was talking with my twin brother about this yesterday. Peat has been better than Hurst playing guard, even though Peat isn't great he can be good at times. It might be time to swap out the left guards and let Peat's experience help solidify that leaky O line. Give Penning a little help inside and let him take his lumps while getting live action reps on film for the coaches to study.

That would be nice, but where would we find a trade partner at this point? Tackles have been going down like flies across the league these first two weeks. There was already a shortage to begin with. I wouldn't expect any team to be in the market to trade one of their better tackles until they were completely out of the running.
