Nah that’s not gloating. It’s seeing things as they ARE at the present moment.

What happens if Derek Carr has a serious injury that puts his career in question long term, but we can't afford to get under the salary cap without restructuring his contract and we can't afford to move on due to the dead money that would hit, and his agent demands we guarantee his 2025 and 2026 salaries in order for him to agree to the restructure? This why I don't like leveraging the cap to the max. I am not sure we have options for an unexpected situation like this. I think Carr could plausibly demand an extension and if we say no, we could plausibly default on the 2024 salary cap and be unable to sign any draft picks and get fined millions.

Yeah. It’s gloating. You are lying to yourself if you don’t realize it. Congrats!

And what happens if Derek Carr leaves a game when we’re up by 17? LMFAO

I am skeptical of the whole just takes a few weeks argument, because its not like any other teams played 10 week preseasons, and we only have to outscore the opposing offenses to win. Yeah, we have a new QB, but the same HC, OC, receivers, TE, most of the same oline, most other teams have changes too.

I saw the Miami score. All I can say is f*** Sean Payton
Miami 727 yards of offense. Clinic

Get over this crap, Bako. It never ends. Losing is bad enough but then to have to come in here and see your same tired rhetoric makes me want to throw up. Nothing personal, but it gets really old.
