Maybe Gayle should coach the offense. Sometimes parents have to step in when their kids are out of their depth, even if they will always love them and will never turn their back on them.

Everyone of our plays on offense develops much too slowly. There always seems to be a hesitation like we are waiting for them to make the first move. We are simply out of sync. And I have to blame coaching for the loss of intensity last year and again this year.
