When you’re kicking fgs instead of scoring tds, you’re
gonna lose.

I’m not sure what the top brass are doing on Monday morning but it’s
time to start FIRING folks. Those difficult decisions need to be made.

The product is poor on Sundays. We are losing to non contenders.

Underwhelming, underperforming, overpriced QB who can’t throw in
tight windows at this level.

We look OLD out there with no 🔥.

It is what it is.

Next week could get ugly. Saints are BAD.

With this many injuries it is almost impossible to win a game. Dennis Allen's job is safe. It's not his fault. jk

I know you’re joking but there will be that one person
who will say just that. Another excuse.

We were losing before those guys left the game to injury.

Saints aren’t any good. Poor leadership & no one is held accountable.

Allen and his staff needs to geaux.

They needed to go last year, but they didn’t. And this year, possibly next year, they won’t. So we got trouble.

The injuries were all manufactured by our system. They are a feature not a bug. We got a QB who holds onto the ball for 50 years and then throws behind receivers, setting them up for injury. The oline is asked to block for twice as long as any other, so the oline injuries naturally double. Our pass rush is slow all molasses so our corners are asked to play two downs of coverage every play, so again the injury rates double. This is not bad luck. It is bad management and coaching. Cam Jordan sits down with Mickey Loomis and shares a few Old Milwaukee beers and watches Matlock with him, and suddenly he needs an extension because the future is bright. Carl Granderson shocks Dennis Allen with his burst and athleticism on the Shuffleboard court and bam, big extension. Derek Carr impresses with his rapid decision making while building a ship in a bottle with Pete Carmichael and he gets a $150 million contract. The fact is that playing NFL football in slow motion is a dangerous affair but we built a team on it because its the only kind of football our coaching staff still has the wits to follow along with as they stagger toward a retirement community in Florida.

Re: Saints @ Falcons Game Day Thread

Nothing will change
If it was going to Loomis would have to admit his pushing back the cap year after year has effectively screwed the team of any leeway to finding a solution. The team is where it is know because it wasn't blown up at the right time. Thats why next year he has 42 players on the books and is still 70ml over the cap again. And whats the way out of that, by extending older injury prone, non performing vets yet again. They played to Payton and Brees ego of one more year. Winning teams know when to make the hard cuts. Payton and Loomis had it too easy with owners not willing to say no. They backroom and scouts have been dining out on a draft that happened 6 years ago.

"Two receivers to the left, Garcon to the right. Manning in the shotgun, puts Collie in motion. Looks in his direction...it's picked off! It's picked off! It's Tracy Porter again! He's runnin' free! He's gonna go all the way!
