who will say just that. Another excuse. We were losing before those guys left the game to injury. Saints aren’t any good. Poor leadership & no one is held accountable. Allen and his staff needs to geaux. |

They needed to go last year, but they didn’t. And this year, possibly next year, they won’t. So we got trouble.

Re: Saints @ Falcons Game Day Thread
The injuries were all manufactured by our system. They are a feature not a bug. We got a QB who holds onto the ball for 50 years and then throws behind receivers, setting them up for injury. The oline is asked to block for twice as long as any other, so the oline injuries naturally double. Our pass rush is slow all molasses so our corners are asked to play two downs of coverage every play, so again the injury rates double. This is not bad luck. It is bad management and coaching. Cam Jordan sits down with Mickey Loomis and shares a few Old Milwaukee beers and watches Matlock with him, and suddenly he needs an extension because the future is bright. Carl Granderson shocks Dennis Allen with his burst and athleticism on the Shuffleboard court and bam, big extension. Derek Carr impresses with his rapid decision making while building a ship in a bottle with Pete Carmichael and he gets a $150 million contract. The fact is that playing NFL football in slow motion is a dangerous affair but we built a team on it because its the only kind of football our coaching staff still has the wits to follow along with as they stagger toward a retirement community in Florida.
