Instead of counting how many fingers you are holding up, they should have to put on one of those facebook meta headsets, watch a play from a QB perspective, and identify which receivers are open within 4 seconds. Based on this cognitive tests, Carr's concussion would be career ending and perhaps we could collect some insurance. Besides, its not really safe for a QB to return from concussion in the NFL if they can't do this, it puts them in danger of reinjury.
