OBSERVATIONS FROM THE SAINTS VICTORY OVER THE BUCS… 3rd QUARTER EDITION:

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Barring a Bucs comeback, the sad sack NFC South is gonna drag one of its 8-9 teams kicking and screaming to host a playoff game. These 4-team divisions are buns. That needs to change. NFL needs to forget about Brazil ...

These 4-team divisions are buns. That needs to change. NFL needs to forget about Brazil and expand to 36 with 6 6-team divisions for competitive balance. Adding those 4 new franchises will make more money anyway.

Add one in San Antonio, Orlando, Mexico City, Rio, London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid and maybe Rome.

It's all diluted and more average chittier football anyway.

The Saints are going to be 9-8. The South winner will be 9-8 one way or another.

The Falcons will be 7-9 in a minute here and the Bucs and Saints are now both 8-8. The scenario of us losing to Atlanta, the Bucs losing to Panthers and thus the whole lot of us all finishing 8-9 is still alive.

We'll see what happens but I can feel it coming.

Don't waste your money on betting for that to happen. Atlanta sucks. I'll agree that the Bucs can easily drop the next one at Carolina, though.

For those that saw the injury, what is Kamara's outlook for next week? Do we get him back or no?

I didn't appear to be anything serious. They couldn't even determine when it might have happened on the broadcast. He walked comfortably to the locker room with no visible sign of any injury. Let's not forget he was sick the last couple of days. He might have required IV's or something. Up by 20 they probably just decided to play it safe and rest him from that point on.
