Guess we need to wait for something official but in one article I read it basically implied that Carmichael would remain OC and Gruden would be an assistant. ????

Wouldn't a new OC want to bring in his own staff and not be handcuffed to a previous hire?

Depends on what the present staff looks like, and who is available. I can see brining in a QB coach that knows your system a very strong consideration.
