And lack of urgency has been puzzling. We've seen countless teams doing broad evaluations of staff and players, but we have guys taking vacation for a week. I don't expect to see many (if any) changes on the offensive side of the ball. Watching the Lions & Dan Campbell turn a losing franchise into serious playoff contenders ... THAT is a Leader.
