Again, it’s just a game, and a game that many of us expect to enjoy, a game that multimillionaires get paid to mismanage, many of us get pounded enough by life all week long, and when the weekend comes, we have to deal with our team serving up the same lame a$$ sh*t, year after year. Some of us see it for what it is, and come to this forum to vent. Man up and deal with it, or set us to Semi-Ignore, like your pal Quido.

Fair enough. Each their own. That just shows (to me) that the same lame **** you are used to is more than most fans get and more than some fans deserve.

Edit: Case in point. My nephew moved from Montana to Bay Area Ca when he was about 9. He had a deadbeat dad so I was the guy who taught him to catch a football and he became a Tim Brown/Raiders fan back in the early 90s.

He looks at his team’s success, the fact of them moving and I can see it bothers him. Obviously you don’t appreciate the depths of what it’s like to be a fan of a team that really sucks.

Also, I’d hope that all fans that pull for the Saints would be “my pal”. Lord knows I’ve had many issues with Guido, so not sure what that was supposed to mean.

You and I got into it TWO SEASONS AGO, about D A… and you were making every excuse imaginable for him. He’s coming back next year. Again. And quite frankly, that sucks enough for me, and a LOT of other loyal Saints Fans. Y’all (only you and Quido) keep telling me to deal with it, and I have no choice. Y’all will have to deal with me, or do that fake-a$$:”IGNORE” nonsense, and catch bits of my venting in quotations. I assure you, it’s not “hatred” or “negativity”, it’s Just a long time fan expressing that he is “Disappointed”, which is the title of this thread.

Holy ****, This is exactly what I'm talking about. I can't come to a Saints website and show a little support for the team and coach without you climbing up my ass? I've NEVER said I think DA is the guy. I've only pointed out a different viewpoint to what some people post. Apparently that threatens you.

I just had a thought. What if Turner heals up and is able to play more games in the next couple of years like Davenport did? Payton Turner always looked good to me when he was able to play, and if we can get him on the field more often he might be productive enough for us to get some comp value for him or we might extend him if he can limit the injury bug. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to become NFL tough.

Heck! Even Peat with his injury history played well enough this year to get another shot with the team.

I’ve been saying this for sometime now. I challenge anyone to show me a bad game from Turner. He just can’t stay on the field.

FWIW, he's only played 8 games in a season over his first 3 seasons.

The lack of production & snaps is going to make it easy (or at least it should) on determining if they pick up his 5th year option. I have yet to see anything to prove that he deserves a higher price tag.

And Foskey needs to bring it this year. He's been in the tub most of his rookie season. Guys who stay in the medical tent can't help on Sundays.

Ours is too busy mismanaging “all the right people in the building”.
The rest of us will have just enough time on our hands, to sit on our couches on Sundays (and some Thursday nights) to continue to be disappointed.
