4:51 PM - MARCH 19, 2024 SAINTS HAVE INJURY PROTECTIONS IN CHASE YOUNG'S CONTRACT Chase Young's contract was initially reported to be fully guaranteed. That doesn't seem to be the full story, though. I'm told the team has some injury provisions in the contract that will protect them if he misses extensive time. This is important because Young is undergoing neck surgery to repair an injury that occurred last preseason. We'll see the language of those clauses soon enough. |
