I'm going to tell some of you guys a little secret... just don't go telling everyone just yet. We hired a new offensive coordinator this off season.

If Kubiak shuffles the cards just favorable enough for us to make .500, and Dennis Allen gets to flex his line lips barely loud enough to keep his job, and Derek Carr gets to be Derek Carr for yet another year, I guess we can blame our mediocrity on injuries again?
