Re: OBSERVATIONS FROM THE SAINTS CARDINALS PRESEASON GAME

I know the offense is going to be vanilla but I would’ve like to have read that Carr was picking up where he left off at the end of last season. I know there’s still a chance of that, but the chatter isn’t making me very confident. |

It’s only year 2 but Bryan Bresee stands out to me.
He’s quickly becoming a force & potentially a 3 down DT. IMO he will become dominant. |

They reportedly didn't even run any of the "Kubiak" offense in the game, nor are they likely to until the regular season.

Re: OBSERVATIONS FROM THE SAINTS CARDINALS PRESEASON GAME
Freaking brilliant. Hold back your “Kubiak” Offense during Preseason, and then “test” it to see if it works during the Regular Season, so that we can make adjustments in the next Off Season. So tricky, I’m sure Derek Carr and the “Offensive” line will be baffled.

It's conceivable that a team would run vanilla plays especially in game 1 of the preseason. Why show your hand and while using backup players? |

It makes sense since there are almost zero instances in the preseason games where the entire defense or offense plays more than a handful of snaps as a group, if any at all. Why give anything away if it adds little to no value? |
