this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Carr leaves too much meat on the bone. He has a Pro Bowl caliber ‘24 - ‘25 season. Now a MVP type season would be nice but that’s an insane prediction....

Agree with this. Carr has always been conservative. That's why he has one of the lowest interception rates in NFL history. Also why he has one of the best completion percentages. He needs to force it more. Trust himself and his receivers.

And I’m certainly not putting Carr in the Mahomes greatness category. But I believe Guido’s point is valid in that he is not an interception machine. In fact, he’s never had a season with more interceptions than touchdowns. Lots of HOF QBs can’t make that same statement. |
