There's a lot of past familiarity between the Saints' offense and the Cowboys' defense. Both Kubiak and Janocko served in Zimmer's staff while he was the HC and defensive playcaller in Minnesota.

Kubiak was his QB coach (2019-20) and his OC (2021) and Janocko served in various offensive coaching roles almost the whole time Zimmer was there (2015-21).

So, Zimmer probably has a good idea how to scheme against these guys' tendencies and vice versa.

Should be an interesting game from that perspective as well.

I'm feeling like our chances to win this thing are not so far fetched.

Dallas was FAR from dominant against a so-so Browns D. Dak and Co. only scored 14 points (the rest came from their DST and Kicking). If we can get after him and keep contain, the Saints D will do it's job.

The question is whether our O line will give Carr time to work some Kubiak magic and move the ball. Kinda juiced to see how we stack up this week.
