Injuries
Pro Football is a violent contact driven sport.
It's been said that every NFL Player deals with managing some sort of injury or another every single game. So the question I pose is a simple one: At what point (if ever) during a losing season do players pull a Ricky Waters and say, "For who? For what?" and just mail it in when they aren't feeling like making the sacrifice? Or is it just appearances in the minds of frustrated fans? |

Re: Injuries
i believe it's probably fewer players than one would think. They are always playing for the next contract, next coaching staff, next team. I don't think mailing it in is a very good look for the player, and it is no doubt something teams look at when evaluating rosters.
