Aaron Glenn?
Ben Johnson? Both check the organization's boxes and seem realistic. It'll be interesting to see what happens with - Loomis; is there a rift between he and Gayle? - Roster; Old, thin, who's the QB? - Salary Cap; $77MM over the '25 cap is not ideal for a first year HC |

Re: Any rumors on new head coach?
Not sure anyone worth their weight will want this job. The age and cap is insane. Honestly I have no clue how we will get under the cap. Maybe if RR and Jordan retires. That would be a good start. Carr has a dead cap of 51 million. All this kicking the can down the road has killed any type of future anytime soon.

If we restructure Carr, his dead cap hit will be just as large in 2026 offseason, there will never be the right time to move on, the 'future out' is based on the false premise of no restructures between now and then. We should either designate Carr a post-June-1 cut or demand he take a pay cut to stay on the team. I don't think any other team would pay Carr what we do after 2 years of concussions, injury, inconsistency, and in his mid-30's with zero playoff wins, so we should correct the contract to market rate for a Garappalo - Minshew type QB. |

It's been a while since Bill Belichick has done anything. I'm afraid the game has passed him by. I want younger coaches with me philosophies.
