Coaching Searches & Evaluations
I started a thread last year about the coaches strengths and weaknesses that got some traction. I think now is a good time to revisit our coaches in 2025. We desperately need new coaches and maybe we even need to rethink our scouting department. Moore has to find the right coaches if he wants to succeed.
Rizzi is gone. So, we need another special teams coach. We are getting a late start on building a great support staff and many valuable coaches have already taken another job. Who do you want to see us bring in?
