I can see how they would be understaffed. Once, I was referred to someone who was actually in San Antonio as I tried to get my ticket situation solved. I want the rest of my money back, but I'll be patient. Now that I have my tickets, I forgive them. However, I'm not totally sure I want to see our team play in person, now. I hope Brooks and Co. get their *ess* together. On a side note, my girlfriend asked me for something. It was music to my ears. "Hey, Jon. I'll only go to the Saints' game with you if you get me a jersey or a shirt." She wants a Michael Lewis jersey because, of course, she loves his story.
