RE: Re: Brooks: The Saints learning disabled QB!!!!!!!!!!!

hey but he still is the best qb the saints have ever had statistically. THE ONLY ONE WITH A PLAYOFF WIN ALSO. THE ONLY QB TO PASS FOR 400 YARDS AND RUN FOR 100 IN 2 CONSECUTIVE GAMES. 2000 the Raiders he throws for 400 yards. THE NEXT GAME THE SAINTS LAY THE 49ERS AND BROOKS RUNS FOR 100 YARDS.. I know it seem,s like i'm defending him but i'm not i'm done!!!!!!!!! I say good bye BROOKS YOUR CONTRACTS UP!!!!!!!!!!! FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!!!!!!!! FIRE!!!!!!!! FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRE!!!!!!!! IN THE HOLE!!!!!!!!!! MAN DOWN!!!!!! MAN DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!! OWE THATS BROOKS TRYING TO SCRAMBLE AFTER BACK PEDDLING 15 YARDS BEHIND THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE. What a RETARD. I want guiness to do a commercial with Aaron Brooks not sure how it woiuld go though. They gave Brooks a bottle of guiness and he was able to find the obvious running lane without back peddling 15 yards brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!! Give him the bottle hey Brooks gets 1,000,000 dollars for everytime he smiles and laughs after throwing an interception from his Colgate incentive contract. I was just joking but maybe Brooks should look into seeing if colgate would do that for him. Hense the sarcasm in my voice.

I agree. However, if we have even the slightest chance at Reggie Bush, we have to go for it. This guy is a legend in the making. He is the franchise! You can always make a deal with SanDiego for Phillip Rivers. But, if you have no shot at Bush (which is more realistic), make a play for Leinhart. Just look at what Carson Palmer has done. And according to Pete Carroll, Leinhart is the best QB he's coached.
Bush is special , but to me it is a situation similar to Detroit with Barry Sanders , without a real threat under center to get the ball out , defenses begin to creep up and sooner or later will shut the back down . This team needs vocal leadership under center and a playmaker the team can believe in .
This may be the first time I have ever heard anyone feel Barry Sanders was "shut down," no matter how many defenders crept up.

It seemed to me around 92-93 they were going through the Ware experiment and it took Sanders out of his rythm and allowed some defenses to shut him down . I think there were a few games he did not make the century mark .

Have to reiterate - Matt Leinart is Gino Torretta part deux (as far as college play)... He's going to want millions and millions in guaranteed money and I believe he's going to be a bust in the NFL...
Shuler comes to mind also...

I would love to put some money on that, if you are game.
