I heard this too. You know what....i really don't like the guy but it would be a great way to put butts in the seats and make our team immediately better. Also if we were to draft Leinart he would have one of the best recievers he could possibly throw to. Give him a nice one year contract and it would be perfect. I could care less what kind of a person he is. We have Horn who talks just as much and isn't nearly as good and u guys love him, so why not?

I don't think people realize what dire straits the Saints are in right now. If we need to make a deal with the devil, in this case T.O., to win today, we need to do it, simple as that.

I say take him pay him the minimum with a bonus for playing all 16 games, not ever mouthing off in public and not getting suspended and have Horn do the same. Remember we need to win now. That is the only reason I would consider taking him. You also need to tell him directly after the game he can't shower in the locker room either. He has to keep his uniform on, go to his car in the parking lot and go home.

Hell, if we draft Leinart, I'd sign T.O. to a 1 year deal. This would really help a young QB make the transition to the NFL. However, if T.O. starts his "eagles antics", sorry but don't let the door hit you in the a@*! You never know, this guy may turn things around knowing it's his last chance. It can't be any worse than Joe Horn-at least T.O. didn't degrade the Eagles fans like some Saints WR.

Get off of that. T.O. has proven to be a difference maker. He's one of the exceptions. I think he's worth at least 3 extra wins. But you guys are right....lets just stick with Horn who pretty much hates us fans outside of San Antonio and Hakim and Henderson who both can't catch a cold. At least T.O. brings his A game all the time, and is far and away better than anything we have right now. If we could agree on a decent one year contract he wouldn't have anything to complain about. We certainly can't afford to be picky if he's interested in coming here in the slightest. We need to generate major interest in this team to get fans to come. I'd like to hear some of some other suggestions to do that since u guys think that mine is such a bad idea.
