Phillip Rivers is off the Market
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Salary cap isn't the issue with the Chargers... they are fully expecting to sign him. I can honestly tell you though that there is a number of fans here in San Diego that would like to see him go though ...

I can honestly tell you though that there is a number of fans here in San Diego that would like to see him go though because they fault him for not making the playoffs. So if the fans here aren't happy with him what makes you think that will improve. You're just getting another teams loser.
