Dude this site is the original. I've been coming to this website since at least 1997. I think this is the oldest Saints website ever. I never saw Saintsreport or any of the others until much later. There was a time when this was it.

I started coming again and this was the only site that had a real news page with original and different articles (not the national ESPN BS or Kenny Wilkerson's Ra Ra) and a forum integrated. I think it's awesome and has gotten so much better in the last year or so, a year ago I wouldn't even join in on the forum but that is different now.

I especially like the new look which is probably the most eye candy I've seen on the net in a long time. I work in IT and show people this site all the time and their jaws drop. Great job to everyone who puts this together, from Halo to the writers to the mods. I've never seen a fan website with so many writers???? I don't know how ya'll do it. This site would be paid membership only in many other places. Thanks for making it free.

And oh by the way I was at the tailgate at Tiger Stadium and I'll tell you this isn't any BS geek group, these guys were partying hard and everyone was stopping in on the blackandgold.net tailgate tent. Hope to see everyone there next year.

That's what I'm talkin about. I just had to post on this thread again to welcome all of the new members and some old ones who haven't posted in a while.

Glad to have all of you and glad to see some of you back again.

Hey Newshound, I will be there for at least one tailgate this year. Also coming home for spring break. Trying to do like JoeSam and others are doing, put some money into the city and she'll come back even faster.

Outside of the new coach hire not alot of saints news happening. Man can't wait till the draft. Maybe we will hear of some firerings soon.
