Agreed.. Cutler will turn out to be Big Ben of this years draft. A quarterback without a supporting cast with a very strong arm and can move in and out of the pocket that has played against pro style defences will have the most upside.
Leinart has a tendancy to float balls, and the saint's recievers have a tendency to drop balls that hit them in the hands, does anyone think that the saints current group of recievers are going to risk exposure to ingury to catch those high floaters...I don't. Trade down and get more value for the dollar. |

The BIG GAME arguement doesn't really hold water either. I personally don't care how a QB does in big games. Every game counts in the NFL, not just the "big" ones. I really am not crazy about Leinart or Young, but if you are comparing stats Leinart still comes out ahead. But I can see you obviously love Young and won't be objective about this, so whatever. |

Don't think I could have said it better myself, especially your parting line. That's why I don't bother trying to explain it anymore :P

Unlike a lot of people on this board, i think that we can be successful if the team goes in a number of directions, not only if they do it my way. After all, how often do they do what any of us want anyway? :) |
