I would think that those numbers are just starting points. Shouldn't those numbers be dependent on overall consensus of a player's worth???? If Bush were at #2 this year, wouldn't that be worth more than the average #2 overall pick??? If that is the case, we should be able to ask of more from other teams.

I would hope that the player available would play some part as to the value, but usually, I think the figure is somewhere between 75-80% of all NFL teams use this value chart when contemplating trades.
Obviously Bush would command more than any other player in this draft, but I don't think there's too much of a drop-off with Young and Leinart, as there are always teams that are looking for the next great franchise QB.
