[ Payton knows what this guy is capable of especially with good LB's. Its obvious we need an elite defense to win so starting there and slowly building the OL looks like what is going to happen.]

Good Observation.

If Sullivan is allowed to eat all off seasion and add some weight at least he cout be come an immovable object at NT. Two good linbackers in the draft or one in the draft and one in FA would do a world of wonder. Also, Smith is athletic enough to play outside on some downs.

Cher, when was the last time we didn't overlook the QB position? We haven't had a franchise QB since.... I don't even know, I probably wasn't born yet.

I would take one if we need to after we trade down a few spots either pick up Cutler at 6 or 7 then Sims, Carpenter or Jackson with the #34 or Hawk at 4 or 5 then Jacobs or Jacobs at the 34. Either way I think we get alot more picks and a better chance for some of them to make the team and actually start next year. Leinart won't start the season next year even if we draft him.
