I don't really understand the Horn signing. ESPN says that he'll likely be our fourth WR, but he doesn't seem like anything more than a permanent scout teamer. He averages about 180 yards per season, he's not big (5'11"), and judging by his return numbers, he's not a real explosive guy. I don't know, maybe he's got great hands or something, but he just sounds like a guy who should never see the field...

Last time we got a WR named Horn from the Chiefs it worked out pretty good....
