Starting next season the Raiders are 64 million over the cap limit . OOOUCH , If they do not make the Super Bowl this year with a Rookie head coach , it's back to square 1 for them . No wonder Gruden does not mind being out of Oakland .

Good point! Chuckie made a good move and I think Dungy did also. They both needed a change, for their own sakes. Both are great coaches. Plus, it gives Chuckie an opportunity to keep his washed up brother Jay(Orlando Preds) employed.
