Hey guys...just going off of some things I've heard in the Atl over the last couple of years.

Scott is the cousin of the 2 live stews, a radio show here in Atlanta. So, they have had him on alot over the last 2 years. Last year, he was an up and comer and they were having him on alot. They were talking future pro bowler and stuff. (I was just fuming that this guy came out of nowhere and was becoming a playmaker for my least favorite team.)

In '05, he essentially vanished in a pretty thin secondary (minus D Hall) He spent alot less time on the radio this past year

I don't know that this is as much a "starter" move as it is a depth move. He could be viewed as our third safety or some of the other speculation could be correct...D Smith to corner.

To me, the bigger part of this is unloading an overpriced turd from our o line. Next time you see Gandy holding, it will cost the Falcons yardage. The only problem is that he won't be on Vick's blindside.

I like the move. A safety with some potential who we shouldn't get overly excited about. Bye, bye Gandy. And maybe....hello Brick? This has been the smartest offseason in recent memory.
