Jimmy Smith, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports the New Orleans Saints have decided to stick with their 4-3 defense. Defensive coordinator Gary Gibbs said the team's five minicamp practices won't give him enough time to completely install his defensive package, merely scratch the surface. "We've got basic, fundamental stuff in as far as fronts and coverages," Gibbs said at minicamp Saturday, April 8. "We're not doing any situational stuff. (Today) we'll do a little bit of nickel. But what this is, is just personnel evaluation. That's what we're trying to do."
