old regime vs new regime (positive patty)
Before i let this draft drive me insane, lets remember one thing.
This is a whole new coaching staff. So while i think we had more pressing needs than a RB regardless of talent, the new staff is excited about using him in different ways. now most of us have a bad taste in our mouth from our previous us leaders who said many things to the tune of getting x-player more involved in the offense or trying differnt packages because of x-player but instead just using tired, ineffective and transperent player groupings, as well as a freaking unbelievable knack for screwing up a screen play. (both sides of the defense on that one) Well, this is an entirely new staff, so before i say we wasted a pick on a talented back that may not be able to succeed in the NFL the way he did in College, im going to let the offensive staff prove themselves. but if this is just lip service, i will kill someone. |

I think I would have shot myself if we would have passed on reggie bush and I would have seen him being the human highlight for somebody else while we had another season without knowing if Duece was going to be healthy or not. The Saints are making the right moves and I am super happy. I think we are getting miracles this season but some fans are asking for a time machine and a lunar eclipse or something.. It is one offseason and the Saints are not exactly known for being the greatest organisation so we arnt going to be able to bring in every free agent hero out there.

I think this regime is doing Great! Bringing in solid veterans ie Brees and Fujita. They are molding this into a very scary offense and I think the changes in coaching and philosophy will also help the D!
