RE: 5th round pick

I guess after drafting Bush, they had to draft some chumps they could afford.

they also say he could maybe move to LB and perhaps special teams player, from day one, so maybe get some use out of him.

RE: 5th round pick

That's been the excuse for settling for unknowns yesterday and today. As long as we got Bush, everything is okay... which definately is not the case at all.

well papaz the guy is a hard worker and someone who has some pretty good stats. pakowitz brought up a good point about us trying to get guys cheap, they would be cheap anyway they are second day guys. i am sorry this guy sounds like a good pick. just because you ahven't heard of him doesn't mean he sucks

its not weather he will suck its the matter that there was someone else available that was better... and could be a better need/fit.

I agree Spkb. This coaching staff seems to know what direction they are going. Maybe we don't agree with it, but I'm going to hold my judgement on the draft for a while. I trust Coach P to handle things here. Lets see if he can put things together in NO.

Never said he sucked... I said he was an unknown. Picks just don't make any sense.
